Our website store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When closed for holidays & vacations, you can still order online but your products
will not be shipped out to you until the first open business day.
We will announce to all customers when we will be closed in advance.

Product Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is of greatest importance to us. If you wish to return a product please call customer service and obtain a return authorization number. You can call 1.609.693.2164 to obtain this number. Returns must occur within 30 days of your shipment receipt for all items. The products must be unused and in their original sealed condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless it is an item that we miss-shipped or the item was damaged. We will replace items that were damaged in shipping, however, those items must be returned so that we can make a claim to the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays with the carrier and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses unless it was our fault. ONLY Credit will be applied to your Account, not your credit card, for all returns minus the restocking fee. We do not issue refunds for any reason, again unless it was our fault. You cannot return any items because you do not care for the fragrance.  There is a full fragrance description section for your information, please use your judgment when deciding on the type of fragrance you would like.

After the number has been obtained, you can return the product by doing the following:
1. Place the product(s) in the box.
2. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Always keep all Candles and The Lights of Rose, LLC products out of the reach of children and animals. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using product immediately and consult your medical provider if self treatment is not effective. If irritation does occur then apply vegetable oil, not water, to the effected area and dry.
If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using any essential oils or The Lights of Rose, LLC products.

Please test all skin products before using. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.

No animal testing is use on any of The Lights of Rose, LLC products. All The Lights of Rose skin care products are listed with ingredients, if you may have any allergies, please refer to the listed ingredients if any may cause a irritation.

All Candles are attached with “WARNING LABELS” please read and practice safety with burning Candles… NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED!
